Poem on Corona

Mercy on us Corona
Sitting at the corner of my room
I sigh through the window far landscape
Our national tree stands on the ground
Rustling leaves in loneliness
Reminisce of my family under those shades
Now silent and alone
The day is bright and shiny
I summoned myself to walk
Once busy passenger and vehicles on the street breathe
Silent and empty now
It’s incredible!
How powerful the disease is
It’s insidious!
Making millions of people suffer
Killing thousands of people
The world is filled with a tone of sufferings
The day had come to fear human itself:
Let’s pray, let’s wash our hands
Let’s keep distance to avoid the arrogant virus
Let’s put mask
Let’s make a better situation
It’s imperative, very imperative to act!
Let’s make a safe world to breathe
Save nation,
And safe society to save ourselves
So shameful it would be
To lose the battle to a tiny virus.

A Prayer to My King

In the heart of the Himalayas
Lies the beautiful Kingdom of Bhutan
Ruled by the noble king
Druk gyalpo Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk
The people of Bhutan are so lucky
To have a king like him
Go East, go West but
Where will you get a king like him
No person would share the bad days
But our beloved king did
He is the most precious in the kingdom
He has given us all freedom
I pray for his long life
May God let him long survive.

Heart is a Mirror

Our heart is our mirror
It reflects and sees all our good and bad deeds
Our heart is god
There is no bigger force than our heart
Whenever the heart spreads light
The world is brightened.
The heart is the basis of everything
The blossoms of joy and thorns of sorrows
Nothing can be hidden from the heart
As it has got eyes.
We can run away from the world
But not from our heart
Because our heart is our mirror
It reflects our self

Parents

I am like a flower
That is raised with love by you
Parents like you
I just want to let you know
You mean the world to me
Like water and sunlight to flower
Only a heart as dear as yours
Would give so unselfishly.
You guided my life
You supported me
The many things you’ve done
I am very in need of you
And all the times that you were there
Helps me know deep down inside
How much you care.
Even though I might not say
I appreciate all you do
You are the key to my life
Richly blessed is how I feel having parents
Just like you.

Destined Destiny

The broken soul and ignored pupils
Feared humans and left our beggars
The helping hand in a needy hour
Predicts the rebellion against injustice.
Relieved incubus rebirths relationship
One’s rough tongue tenses society
So lower your itchy nature
And be a blanket in a cold winter
The healing process is slow
Regenerating first class souls are untidy
Secret may be peeping secretly
Set for a tough beginning
And sing the rhythm of joy when its end
If the successor has a success
Then orphans have a destiny
The pristine reaped goals
Has a place to reap sharply
So loosen the knot
And pick the thread again.

Day

A beautiful morning greets
Breaking is so sweet
Come on wake up friends
Drink a cup of tea
Enjoy the morning dew
Feel the aroma of a new day
Greet the day with a smile
Hug your dreams and welcome
Inspire yourself for a better day
Joy lies in how you feel
Kill the dreadful yesterday
Love the day to some
Make your mind clear
Nurture your abilities with determination
Open up your insecurities and achieve
Prominent goals that you dream
Question people of the possibilities
Revive your aims with passion
Stand up for your right
Trust every inner instincts of yourself
Unravel the hidden talents within
Value every happiness of self
Wake up now!
X-mas may not be ours, to celebrate but,
You can celebrate the new day
As you want it your way.
